How It Works

Coming to shop?
We are open for shopping Mondays and Thursdays
from 6pm to 8pm and Saturday from 11am to 1pm.

You can shop ONE day a week for 15 minutes.

Numbers will be given out in random order.

Volunteers will provide 2 shopping bags per adult.

All items must fit in the provided bags.

Larger household items are limited to 1 per group.

Children are not allowed to shop.

Be respectful of all volunteers and shoppers.

Coming to donate?
We are open for donation drop off Mondays and Thursdays from 6pm to 8pm and Saturday from 11am to 1pm. When you arrive at the store, donations can be taken to the counter and a volunteer will help you. Please let us know if you would like a donation receipt.

If you have a larger donation to drop off, reach out via our website or social media to schedule a time to drop it off.
Community Values
Once free, always free. Please take what you need for personal use, not to resale.

Be respectful of everyone in the store. Please do not push or crowd shoppers and do not take donations from people as they are brought into the store.

Volunteers are here to help with any questions. All volunteers are donating time and energy, please be respectful and kind to them.

Please be mindful of your children at all times. Children cannot shop, but are welcome to stay at our coloring table while in the store.

Drop off donations during open hours. We cannot keep donations left outside the door while we are closed.

The store is a safe space. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any kid of bigotry or hate. If you feel unsafe, please talk to a volunteer.
